Paddle handles payment processing for many companies globally - we use Paddle.com to handle all QuickSubs transactions (QuickSubs.com the video captioning tool).
If you spot a PADDLE.NET * QUICKSUBS charge (or Paddle.com) on your credit card, bank statement, ApplePay, or PayPal receipt, it's likely for your QuickSubs subscription.
Your statement's presentation may vary depending on your bank, but generally, you will see either Paddle.com or Paddle.net followed by QUICKSUBS.
If your transaction shows PADDLE.NET * with a product name different from QUICKSUBS, it signifies you purchased another product via the Paddle platform. For these cases, please reach out to Paddle directly, as we are unable to assist with non-QuickSubs purchases.
Locating your subscription details in your inbox
Search your inbox for "QuickSubs" in the subject line if you need to find your purchase receipt or subscription information. If these emails are missing, contact us at customersuccess [at] quicksubs.com from your registered email address, and we'll help retrieve your details.
Paddle, our trusted based billing platform, processes your transaction securely. They act as Merchant of Record, manage your purchase, provide your receipt, and handle tax processing and all VAT remittance.
